Highfields Reiki is a certified Reiki healer. As the name suggests, they are situated in Highfields, Toowoomba. They offer in-person and also distance healing sessions for stress relief and services related to this. Although they have an innovative service, they were struggling to reach new audiences. They wanted to get solid customers from Facebook and their attention towards reiki healing.

The Challenge:

Before contacting us, the client faced multiple problems:

  • They had very low brand awareness, means people seeking healing did not know about them
  • Irregular client bookings without any consistent enquiry flow

  • Promoted special offers and this always works

4. Lead & Booking Funnel

  • Used Facebook Lead Ads for quick but detailed enquiries
  • Built a Facebook landing page in such a way that it displays all the essential information like the session details, benefits, pricing and testimonials
  • Integrated WhatsApp click-to-chat for instant conversions. This helped both the customers and client to get in touch
